Print Plus Advertising Requisites Trading LLC
These Terms and Conditions apply to all quotations, orders, products, design services, printing services, advertising materials, deliveries, and related services provided by Print Plus Advertising Requisites Trading LLC in the United Arab Emirates.

By requesting a quotation, placing an order, approving artwork, making payment, or using our services, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Company and Services
Print Plus Advertising Requisites Trading LLC provides printing, advertising, branding, design, signage, promotional, and related production services.

All orders are subject to availability of materials, production capacity, artwork approval, payment confirmation, and any other technical requirements necessary to complete the order.

Quotations, Pricing, and Validity
All prices are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) unless otherwise stated.

Quotations are based on the specifications provided by the client, including product type, size, quantity, material, finishing, delivery requirements, and artwork condition. Any change in specifications may result in a revised price.

Unless stated otherwise in writing, quotations are valid for a limited period and may be revised due to changes in material cost, supplier pricing, exchange rates, production requirements, or client-requested modifications.

Value Added Tax
Where applicable, 5% VAT will be added to taxable goods and services in accordance with UAE tax regulations. Clients who require VAT invoices must provide accurate company details, including trade licence information and VAT/TRN details where applicable.

Any changes to the client’s VAT registration details must be submitted in writing before invoice issuance.

Payment Terms
Payment may be made by credit card, bank transfer, bank deposit, cash, cheque, or any other payment method approved by Print Plus Advertising Requisites Trading LLC.

Production will begin only after payment is received and confirmed, unless a written credit facility or special payment arrangement has been approved by the company.

For bank transfers or deposits, the client must send valid proof of payment by email or WhatsApp. Local or international bank transfers may take several business days to reflect in our account, and production will not start until payment is confirmed.

If a cheque is dishonoured, returned, or rejected by the bank, the client will be responsible for any bank charges, administrative costs, and an additional administrative fee of AED 200, where permitted by applicable law.

Artwork, Design Proofs, and Client Approval
If Print Plus Advertising Requisites Trading LLC provides a design proof, artwork proof, digital preview, sample, or mock-up for approval, the client is fully responsible for reviewing all details before production.

The client must check and confirm the following before approval:
• Spelling, grammar, names, phone numbers, email addresses, websites, QR codes, barcodes, and social media details.
• Logo, brand colours, images, layout, size, quantity, material, and finishing.
• Arabic and English text accuracy.
• Design positioning, cutting areas, folding areas, bleed, margins, and final specifications.

Once the client approves the artwork, proof, sample, or production file, Print Plus Advertising Requisites Trading LLC will not be responsible for any errors, omissions, spelling mistakes, colour differences, design issues, or incorrect information that were present in the approved proof.

Any changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and may delay production.

Colour, Size, and Production Tolerances
The client understands that printed colours may vary from digital screens, previous prints, samples, or mock-ups due to differences in screen settings, printing machines, materials, inks, lamination, lighting, and production methods.

Minor variations in colour, cutting, finishing, size, material texture, and alignment are considered normal in the printing and production process and shall not be treated as defects unless the variation is materially different from the approved specification.

Cancellations and Order Changes
Clients may request to cancel or modify an order only if production has not yet started.

Once artwork preparation, material purchase, printing, cutting, finishing, installation preparation, or any production-related work has started, Print Plus Advertising Requisites Trading LLC reserves the right to charge for all completed work, materials purchased, administrative work, and production costs incurred.

A cancellation fee of AED 200 or 10% of the order value, whichever is lower, may apply to cover prepress, administration, and processing costs.

For credit card payments, any payment gateway, bank, or processing charges may be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds, where approved, may take up to 7 business days or more depending on the payment provider or bank.

Refunds, Reprints, Returns, and Exchanges
Because most printing and advertising products are custom-made according to client specifications, approved artwork, size, quantity, and material, such items cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind after production has started or after delivery.

If the client believes there is a production defect or error caused by Print Plus Advertising Requisites Trading LLC, the client must contact our Customer Service team within 7 business days from the date of collection or delivery.

The client must provide the invoice, order details, photos, videos, and a clear explanation of the issue.

If, after inspection, the issue is confirmed to be a production error caused by Print Plus Advertising Requisites Trading LLC, we may, at our discretion and in accordance with applicable UAE law:
• Reprint the affected item
• Repair or correct the issue
• Replace the affected goods
• Offer credit, partial refund, or another suitable solution.

Print Plus Advertising Requisites Trading LLC will not be responsible for issues resulting from client-approved artwork, low-resolution files, spelling mistakes, incorrect information, unsuitable file formats, wrong specifications supplied by the client, or damage caused after collection or delivery.

Client-Supplied Files and Materials
The client is responsible for ensuring that all supplied files, images, logos, fonts, QR codes, barcodes, and content are accurate, high quality, legally usable, and suitable for printing.

Print Plus Advertising Requisites Trading LLC may reject files that are technically unsuitable, offensive, unlawful, poor quality, or not suitable for production.

The client confirms that they have the legal right to use all logos, images, trademarks, artwork, text, and content supplied to Print Plus Advertising Requisites Trading LLC. The client agrees to indemnify the company against any claim, loss, damage, or legal action arising from unauthorised use of third-party intellectual property.

Production Time and Delivery
Production timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on artwork approval, payment confirmation, material availability, workload, technical requirements, public holidays, supplier delays, courier delays, or force majeure events.

Clients will be informed by phone, WhatsApp, or email when their order is ready for collection or delivery.

Unless delivery is specifically agreed in writing, the client is responsible for collecting the goods from our premises after notification.

Print Plus Advertising Requisites Trading LLC will not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, additional delivery charges, or losses caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, restricted access locations, repeated delivery attempts, or third-party courier issues.

Quantity Variation
Print Plus Advertising Requisites Trading LLC will make reasonable efforts to deliver the exact ordered quantity. However, due to normal printing and production processes, a quantity variation of up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity may occur.

Any shortage or overage within this tolerance may be charged or adjusted based on the applicable production cost.

Retention of Ownership
Ownership of goods remains with Print Plus Advertising Requisites Trading LLC until full payment has been received.

Until full payment is made:

a. The goods remain the property of Print Plus Advertising Requisites Trading LLC.
b. If the goods are in the client’s possession, the client must keep them separate, identifiable, and in good condition.
c. The client must not resell, dispose of, damage, or transfer the goods in a way that affects the company’s ownership rights.

Non-Payment, Insolvency, or Breach
If the client fails to make payment, becomes insolvent, enters bankruptcy proceedings, refuses to settle outstanding invoices, or breaches these Terms and Conditions, Print Plus Advertising Requisites Trading LLC may suspend, cancel, or terminate any current or future work without affecting its right to recover outstanding amounts, costs, losses, or damages.

Storage and Uncollected Goods
Clients must collect completed goods within a reasonable time after notification.

If goods are not collected within 30 days of notification, Print Plus Advertising Requisites Trading LLC may charge storage fees. If goods remain uncollected for an extended period, the company may dispose of, recycle, or resell the goods where legally permitted, without liability to the client.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Print Plus Advertising Requisites Trading LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of business, loss of data, marketing losses, or reputational damage.

The company’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific order giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Force Majeure
Print Plus Advertising Requisites Trading LLC shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform any obligation caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, labour disputes, lockouts, riots, floods, severe weather, earthquakes, fires, epidemics, pandemics, government restrictions, customs delays, transport delays, supplier shortages, power failures, internet disruption, machine breakdown, or material unavailability.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, any quotation, order, invoice, product, or service shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

Updates to These Terms
Print Plus Advertising Requisites Trading LLC reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version published by the company shall apply to all new orders unless otherwise agreed in writing.
