For faster service, we recommend contacting us through WhatsApp with your product details, size, quantity, artwork file, and delivery requirement. Our team will guide you through quotation, artwork checking, payment, production, and delivery.

What are your business hours?

Our regular working hours are:

Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM – 10:30 PM
Friday: 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM and 3:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM – 10:30 PM

What printing services do you offer?

Do you offer same-day or urgent printing?

Yes. We offer same-day and express printing for selected products, depending on artwork readiness, quantity, material availability, and production schedule.

Urgent orders must be confirmed with our sales team before placing the order. Additional urgent production charges may apply.

How long does printing take?

Production time depends on the product type, quantity, finishing, material, and artwork approval.

As a general guide:
• Small digital printing orders: 1–2 business days
• Standard printing orders: 2–5 business days
• Large, custom, or bulk orders: 3–7 business days or more
• Urgent orders: Subject to confirmation by our team.

Production starts only after final artwork approval and payment confirmation.

Do you deliver across Dubai and the UAE?

Yes. We provide delivery services across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and other Emirates.

Delivery charges and timelines depend on the location, order size, courier availability, and delivery method. Customers may also collect completed orders directly from our store.

Custom Orders
What if I cannot find the product I need on your website?

If the product you need is not listed on our website, you can contact us directly. We provide many custom printing and advertising solutions based on client requirements.

Our team can assist with special sizes, materials, finishes, branding options, and custom production requests.

Do you accept custom printing requirements?

Yes. We specialise in custom printing and advertising solutions. We can help with custom sizes, special materials, unique finishes, corporate branding, event materials, promotional campaigns, and personalised printing requirements.

Share your idea or reference sample with us, and our team will guide you with suitable options.

Will I receive a proof before printing?

Yes. For most design and printing orders, we provide a digital proof, design preview, or mock-up for client approval before production.

The client is responsible for checking all details carefully, including spelling, phone numbers, names, logos, QR codes, colours, layout, size, and other order specifications.

Production will proceed only after client approval.



Artwork and File Preparation
Which file formats do you accept?

We accept high-quality artwork files, including:
• PDF
• AI
• EPS
• PSD
• CDR, where applicable
• High-resolution JPG or PNG, where suitable

For best printing results, vector files are recommended. Images should be high-resolution and suitable for print production.

What resolution is required for printing?

For sharp and professional printing, artwork should usually be prepared at 300 DPI at actual print size.

Low-resolution images may appear blurry, pixelated, or unclear after printing. Print Plus will not be responsible for poor print quality caused by low-resolution client-supplied files.

Should artwork be in RGB or CMYK?

Print files should preferably be prepared in CMYK colour mode.

RGB colours are mainly used for digital screens and may appear different when printed. Slight colour variation is normal in printing due to differences in screens, machines, inks, materials, and finishing.

Do I need to add bleed and crop marks?

Yes. For most printed items, artwork should include:
• 3mm bleed on all sides
• Crop marks, where required
• Safe margin for text and important elements.

This helps avoid unwanted white borders or cutting issues during production.

Can you check my artwork before printing?

Yes. Our team can review your file for basic print readiness, including size, resolution, bleed, and format. However, the client remains responsible for final content accuracy, spelling, design approval, and legal use of supplied artwork.



Payment and Invoices
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept several payment methods, including:
• Cash
• Credit/debit card
• Online payment
• Bank transfer
• Other approved payment methods

Production may begin only after payment is received and confirmed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Yes. Bank transfers are accepted.

For faster processing, please send payment confirmation or transfer receipt by email or WhatsApp. Bank transfers may take time to reflect, especially international transfers. Production will start only after payment confirmation.

Do you provide official invoices?

Yes. We provide official invoices for all confirmed orders.

If you require a VAT invoice, please provide your correct company details, trade licence details, and TRN where applicable before invoice issuance.



Delivery and Collection
Can I collect my order from your store?

Yes. Customers may collect completed orders from our store after receiving confirmation from our team.

Please bring your order reference, invoice, or confirmation message when collecting your items.

Do you deliver outside Dubai?

Yes. We can arrange delivery across the UAE, subject to availability, courier service, delivery location, and order size.

Delivery fees may apply based on the location and delivery requirements.

What happens if I provide an incorrect delivery address?

Print Plus Advertising Requisites Trading LLC will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional courier charges, or loss caused by incorrect, incomplete, or invalid delivery information provided by the client.

Customers must ensure that delivery details are accurate before dispatch.



Returns, Reprints, and Complaints
What should I do if there is an issue with my printed order?

If you notice a production issue or defect, please contact our customer service team within 7 business days of receiving or collecting your order.

Please provide:
• Order number or invoice
• Photos or videos of the issue
• Clear explanation of the problem
• Product details and quantity affected.

If the issue is confirmed to be a production error by Print Plus, we may offer a reprint, correction, replacement, credit, or another suitable solution.

Can I return customised printed products?

Most printed items are customised according to client-approved artwork, size, quantity, and specifications. Therefore, customised printed products usually cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind after production has started.

Returns, reprints, or corrections may be considered only where there is a confirmed production defect or error caused by Print Plus.
